I’ve always had a passion for story-telling. Whether visually or through the written word, I believe stories are what drive us, shape us and inspire us.

 

WHO AM I?

I'm a marketing communications executive who has supported brands in the consumer, travel and transportation industries, from major brands to start-ups. I’ve done a little bit of everything, including (deep breath) brand management, public relations, media relations, consumer insights, event management, advertising, social media, influencer marketing, crisis management, product placement, loyalty programs, community engagement and digital marketing. Whew!

My experience spans a wide range, from building advertising campaigns - national and local - across multiple channels, including television, radio, out-of-home and digital (display, SEM, social), to managing cross-promotions and sponsorships with marketing partners. I've built new brands and helped transform existing ones. Always the customer advocate, I immerse myself in insights and research, seeking new ways to improve the overall experience and be a change agent for organizations and the services they provide. 

An experienced spokesperson, I've handled crises on a national scale in addition to a broad number of issues, which require the ability to handle controversy with finesse in protecting the company's image. But let’s not forget the positive side of things, where I’ve led product and service launches, grand openings, business transformations, significant milestones and new campaigns.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, I constantly strive for ways to improve how to reach target audiences. My ability to adapt and adjust at a moment's notice allows me to overcome unexpected challenges, thereby ensuring that a project continues to move forward without fail. Ultimately, the brand I work for is my biggest customer, and if I’m passionate about the brand, what it stands for and its dedication to delivering the best product or service possible, then my passion will shine through via the stories I tell.
